so, if you want to adress an issue, know your target group you're adressing it to, tryn to frame it in a way it can integreated into their current believe system. It's not nessasary, but can make your message (maybe) more effective.
If they behave contradicting your believes, try to questiones the underlying needs, and frame the message from there
