I just follow less than 20 people and my instance shows, it's already connected to 111 instances. Many people seem to use different instances and not only Mastodon.social.

Yes. They speculate on something that could happen if others would use/depend less on suvailience capitalist based plattforms.

...hmm. Not shure why they aren't joining social.coop or in general the #fediverse.
